Today has been really crazy so far. In fact, I'm not really liking it at all. We didn't get our pizza this morning, and then because of the rally, the schedule has gone weird!
My first period class won the Cookie Dough fundraiser, which is a pizza party. My whole class, including me, was looking forward to having pizza in the morning, but NOPE.  Instead, the pizza never came. Mr. Ward promised us that it was going to come, but it never did. Madame Hutchison called the office, and when she was done, she shrugged. She said that she would do an all-call from the office if the pizza came. But now I'm guessing that it will never come. Also, In P.E., we had to dress out, and sit on the bleacher, which was really pointless. What's the point of dressing out if we weren't going to do anything? The substitute didn't even give us any equipment. All we did was go on our phones and laptops.
I hope that the rest of the day would go better, and that the whole schedule thing won't turn in a fail.

I can't wait to get home today! Mainly because of the 4-day weekend that we're going to get. Also, we have Thanksgiving break right after the next 3 days of school! I can't wait!
The reason why we don't go to school on Monday and Tuesday is because Monday is Veteran's Day and Tuesday is a day off for students while the teachers have to stay for meetings. I'm going to stay during the weekend at my dad's house, while on Monday and Tuesday, I'm staying with my mom. I'm not sure what I'm planning to do for Monday and Tuesday. I'll probably just sleep all day.
The weather today is very different than normal. It's very chilly, and during 5th period, it was hailing! Mrs. Kanzler took us out to see the hail, and it looked like it was snowing! Mrs. Kanzler said that it snowed once in Fresno, which was some time in the 1990s. The only snow I've seen in person is the snow from the mountains.
I'm not really liking the school day, but I can't wait to hop in the bus, walk home, and jump right into my bed and sleep until my dad picks me up. Have a good day and have a good weekend!

I'm really NOT looking forward to the weekends, because I have to help my mom sell some stuff at a convention in Atwater. I didn't even know there was a city called "Atwater". I didn't waste my time being stuck in lunch detention to look forward to doing more work on the weekends!! No! Instead, I should be napping under a roof on a soft cushion with felt covered over me called a bed and a blanket! I'm really not looking forward to tomorrow.
On the bright side, atleast I get to eat funnel cake. I heard that they were selling some funner cake at the convention, and I haven't had any in a while since the Fresno fair. Hopefully it's the kind with the powdered sugar. My mom said that if I stay and help out, then I could get anything I want over there. Sure, that sounds a little fun, but it still doesn't mean that I'm agreeing to go.
Well, let's hope that this won't be a big flop. Hopefully I can go through my last period peacefully, and not complaining about going to Atwater in my head. Have a nice weekend and see you soon!

It's almost October 31st, which is the day of Halloween! This weekend, I'm going to a Halloween carnival at my church, where you play games for candy, and tell scary stories.
One of the best things at the carnival are the games. The games are organized for different levels, A,B, and C. The "C" level games are for the little kids, grades 1-4. The "B" level games are for the grades 5-8, and the "A" levels are from ninth grade to above. The reason why they do this is because it's a better way for everyone to get candy. It's organized, and easy. Every year, there are always kids who try to play the games that are higher than their level, and the result is that they lose. Yep, the games can be REALLY hard. The food is great though. They have chili dogs, french fries, chili-cheese fries, nachos, churros, and drinks. It's really yummy! They have a haunted house in the chapel, and it's really scary! It's scary, but fun! There's always a surprise in the haunted house every year, so that it'll be interesting.
Well this ends today's blog! Have a good weekend and on Halloween, try to get a lot of candy!

This Friday is possibly the longest Fridays of my life. Yesterday, I got homework lab for not finishing a report for Core, and so Mrs. Kanzler gave me a slip for homework lab today after school. I dread it. Why did it have to be this Friday? I have to go to my dad's house today too! it doesn't help that it feels like classes are 20x longer either.
Hopefully next week is going to be more fun than it seems. Today on the broadcasts announcements, they said that we were allowed to wear sweats to promote no more smoking or using drugs. The motto this year is "Don't sweat it!". To be honest, I think that it's nothing different. Anyway, I think we're also going to have a Crazy Hair Day too. It's when students can design their hair differently, and crazily. Hence, CRAZY Hair day. To be honest, Crazy Hair Day sounds a lot of fun. You can go to school with a bedhead and still not get noticed! I can't wait! So hope you enjoyed reading and have a good weekend everyone!

I don't have many things to do this weekend except going to my dad's house. Since I've been exhausted this week, I think some reading and napping should do some good. It's been really cold lately, since winter is coming up. I should probably drink something warm or hot, while being covered in a snuggly blanket. I can't wait until winter is over.
I was looking forward to going to the animal shelter today for the Purple Ribbon Club, but sadly I have to go to my dad and watch my little half-brother. My half-brother's name is Nathan, and he can get into a lot of trouble for a 1-year old. You'd be surprised that he was a human instead of a monkey! He acts like he owns my dad's computer, screaming until one of his favorite shows are on YouTube. Like Mickey Mouse Clubhouse or Elmo. To be honest, he's really getting on my nerves. I almost can't finish my homework because he always manages to somehow break something or even sneak in my room! It really irritates me. Come to think of it, I still need to finish my Glogster posters for my French and Science classes! Maybe I WON'T be able to nap after all.
The good thing is, my grades are catching up! I don't have a C in Science class anymore! Also, today is the last day of swimming in P.E.! No more swimming in the cold and being late to Mrs. Dunlap's class anymore! However, I'm really stressing out about my Computer class grade. What if my document has the wrong layout? What if My Digital Life's score turned out to be terrible? So many worries, so little stress. I just want a nice, long, nap to calm myself down.

I can't wait until after school's over! It's going to be so much fun! Mainly because it's Friday and I can stay up late as I can, but it's mostly because I'm going to the Fresno Fair! On account of today, me and my friend Shyann are going to the fair together, but first we have to go to the Animal Compassion Team building on Orange Street for the Purple Ribbon/Dog Club. I can't wait to play with all the puppies and kittens waiting for me! Then after that, we quickly eat at Mcdonalds and then we go to the Fresno Fair! Shyann wants me to go on the Super-Shot ride, where you have to go up 13 stories high, and then all of a sudden you drop down. I rode it last year I was really scared! So I told Shyann that I'm not going on it, even if she forces me. No way am I ever going through that traumatic experience again. I just hope that everything goes in order and that there won't be any bad things happening. Today is going to be great!
I hope that the ACT animal shelter will be fun too, because when it comes to puppies and kittens, I'm the one you need. I have 2 dogs so I'm already used to being close to animals, and I hope that the cats won't bite me. Anyway, let's make this day great!

Yes! It's Friday! Which is, by the way, my weekly holiday. I just want to sleep throughout the whole weekend, because today has been pretty hectic. First of all, the rally today changed our whole schedule! Every class has about 36 or 32 minutes, and I almost got lost after 6th period. I thought that we were suppose to eat lunch after 6th period today, but when I came out there was no line at the cafeteria, and I saw students moving left and right, right and left. I thought that they were going to the gym, so I went along, but then when I asked my friend Kassy, she said that we were supposed to go to 7th period. I was like "OH! Okay!" in my head, and I was a bit confused. So I quickly went to room 74, my computer class, and I saw most of the students already there. I let out a sigh of relief in my head, and quickly sat in my seat.
During 1st period, the new student body president, Imani Branch, said that we were suppose to pick a representative for homeroom to build up the student body community. The candidates of my homeroom quickly raised their hands (including me), and we had to write someone's name on a piece of paper and give it to the teacher to vote. Well today was a nice day, and I hope the weekend will be better!

I absolutely can't wait for Saturday! My mom said that we would be going to Pismo Beach, since she has a day off. It's going to be so much fun! Tonight we're going to pack our things and then wake up at 6:20 A.M. tomorrow so we can have a headstart. I can imagine myself sitting on the lounge chairs, making sand castles, swimming with my little cousin, and eat at the restaurant over there! I just can't wait!
Also, school was pretty easy today. All we did was tests and mini quizzes. In CORE class, we learned about the Arab world, and did geography worksheets of Arab. During French class, we used Rosetta Stone, and we were told to make a collage poster or digital powerpoint of things we like or don't like. During Pre-Algebra, Mr. Dorman was playing the song "Friday" by Rebecca Black. Personally, I'm not a big fan of that song, because the lyrics don't fit well together, but it's catchy. Well this was a short blog post, but I hope that this weekend will be fun!

So far on My Digital Life, I've learned about many things. I learned how to pick the right computer, viral activities, and how to keep my personal information safe. I've also learned to not text or call when driving, and try to keep away from being addicted to the internet too much. The pop quizzes aren't that difficult when you take it after the things you've learned, compared to the mini quiz at the beginning.
I think my favorite part of My Digital Life, is when we choose stuff for the "Still Beating Hearts" concert. I'm not much of the fan of the polls though. My favorite section that I learned along the way, was the "viral world". The story of it was when one of the characters used identity theft to make themselves an account on a site called "YouVille" . I also liked it when I did the "No Texting While Driving" part. The girl had an attitude, which made it for fun and slightly challenging.
During school, I managed to finish My Digital Life. At first, I was sort of disappointed because it was really fun, but on the bright side I can finish my website, other assignments, and possibly go on ABCYA! or other typing games on Mr. Kimbleys website. My Digital Life taught me many things, and I was having a really great time learning from it, and if you're reading this, you should try it ouyt sometime and I hope you have a great time too.
