Today's the first Friday since Winter Break. So far, it's the usual boring Friday. I'm glad to see all my friends and all, but it's just plain normal. On the bright side, we get a 3-day weekend three times in a row!
So today all started by almost being late. I was really worried because I didn't want to start the quarter just for getting an F for being absent. Also, I wanted to see my friends, but it turns out they all had things to do at lunch. I have Homework Lab on Wednesday, which sucks because I don't want to stay in school for another hour. I mean, the school isn't bad, but you know.. it's school. Most students WANT to go home instead of staying and learning 24-7. This week besides Monday, Mr. Dorman hasn't been at school, and we have a substitute called Mrs. Dyre. She's really nice, and she's also really helpful. Half of my classes have substitutes. I guess the teachers want extra vacation.
Today was okay, and nothing's really wrong, but hopefully more Fridays are more exciting than this. Spring Break is a long time from now, at least 2 months. So hopefully, I will be able to be a better student and have more fun at school.
