My favorite topic was the Black Death. The reason is because it was mostly the main thing that caused people to die, and there were many books about it. Even Mr. Kimbley said that he read a scientific book about what would happen if the Black Death never existed.

I find the Black Death interesting, because most people blamed the Black Death on things they could see. They all blamed it on rats, when truthfully, it was the fleas who were spreading it. However, people back then didn't rely on logic. Also, they also didn't notice or seem to care that it was them who were spreading it even more, especially in cities. Since cities made people live closer, it made the Black Death spread faster. If it was me, I probably would've caught it too, since I liked to live where I don't feel lonely. In conclusion, I like the Black Death because it was the main problem, and it helped us learn more about what happened in the Middle Ages.
