Did you ever realize how similar the Incas' and the Aztecs' falls were? I mean seriously, both were conquered by the Spanish conquistadors, and were also weakened by a disease that the Spanish gave to them. Also, the Spanish had guns and horses which helped them defeat both of the civilizations. I also noticed that Spanish also wanted to conquer both of the cultures, and that they also tried to convert the Incas and the Aztecs to Christianity. I bet if they Incas and the Aztecs met, they would both work along well.
It really amazes me of how both of the cultures ended in the same way. Now that I think about, so did the other empires too. They started small, but gradually grew bigger, however, the ending had to be tragic. Empires and civilizations end in different ways, but some of them we don't even know yet. Maybe one day in the future, advanced archaeologists will try and fill in the gap between the past and the present.
